If you are the Executor of the decedent's Will, or the Successor Trustee of the decedent's Living Trust, we can help you carry out the terms of the decedent's Will or Living Trust. Or, if the decedent did not have a Will or Living Trust, we can help you to determine who are the legal heirs of a decedent. We can help you to pass title to the decedent's property and assets to the person, or persons, or organizations, who are entitled to receive them.
